WE ARE TAKING STEPS TO PROTECT YOU

• All employees must pass a health screening before coming into the restaurant.
• Employees wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the restaurant, and between interactions with customers.
• All employees wear masks at all times except if eating.
• Each employee is trained in our new health protocols.
• We clean and disinfect each dining area after every use.
• We are providing hand sanitizing stations for all of our employees AND patrons.
• We provide services – free of charge – for our employees when needed to ensure that they come to work healthy and can avoid illness, including medical testing.
• In addition to our daily cleaning and saniting protocol throughout our restaurants, each restaurant is now subject to extra measures, including the sanitation of all shared surfaces, door handles, and eating areas. This includes high traffic areas, counters, tables, bathrooms, utensils, drink machines, stoves, and cooking equipment.
• Floors are thoroughly swept, mopped, and sanitized.
• Daily health and sanitization reports are submitted by our managers and walk-throughs are completed by management on an on-going basis
• We have installed contactless payment systems at each counter
• We have contracted with Excelsior Cleaning (http://www.excelsiorcleaning.com) to assist us with ULV Fogging and UV Light disinfection.

• Following the social distancing and sanitary guidelines.
• All patrons must wear a mask when inside the restaurant.
• If you need salsas, lemons, limes, or plasticware, just ask us!
• Give us feedback on how we are doing. We appreciate your feedback and are always open to better ways to do things.
